Our Story
I grew up with this beautiful, soft buttery yellow coloured crocheted baby blanket, jumper, socks and hat. These items were stored in a vintage red vanity box, characteristic of my mums time. I remember this vividly because when I was about 7 or 8, my mum specifically told me that she made the crochet items herself. As a young child, my interest was piqued and I marvelled at how my mum could have made such beautiful items with her own hands. I proceeded to ask her lots of questions about the materials needed to create such masterpieces and most importantly, how. Unfortunately at the time, we had no crochet hooks at home but I vividly remember using the ink tubes in pens as my crochet hook and as my knitting pins. As I grew up, I slowly perfected my art and my love for crochet and knitting grew.
In April 2024, I was inspired to share this precious talent with the world and MrsDee brand was born. MrsDee items are uniquely handcrafted with nothing but luxury at their very core.
